Application

You must be a Catoosa County resident and be the custodial parents of your children to receive toys. You will be asked to provide identification and proof of residency when you pick-up your toys. Please complete the application and you will receive a return email with your pick-up time.

Toy pick-up date is Thursday, December 21, 2023.

Application deadline is Friday, December 1st, 2023 at 12pm.
